Our manufacturing facilities are spread across 4 units in Vadodara. The facilities are divided into fabrication, paint, and assembly with specialized and dedicated teams responsible for overseeing each of them. Read on to know more details about each of the divisions.

Fabrication Division

POSITRONICS has fully operational one-stop machining, fabrication division. Our goal is to provide the best quality fabricated and machined panels on time. Our systems are updated with the latest engineering software and machine programmes, we ensure that part integrity is controlled and maintained to enhance our quality output. We have an array of machines for quality manufacturing and engineering with fully skilled operators.

Paint Division

Positronics has in house fully functional Paint division with 8 tank pre-treatment plant and painting facility catering to customized requirements of our clients. We follow all the safety standards pertaining to the requirements of the paint shop and also the quality protocols as per standard. Since product Quality is our main motto. Our Paint division is fully equipped with skilled staff to ensure quality completion of our product.

Assembly Division

We have 40000 sq ft of large assembly area with infrastructure set up to cater to a variety of panels and systems applications like DCS, SCADA,PCC, MCC, instrumentation panels, PLC panels, and more varieties. We have a team of qualified and experienced engineers and technicians available round the clock to cater clients need for quality and timely delivery.

Positronics has adopted the latest office automation technology to increase the efficiency & productivity of the organization & make fast & simpler methods to work for the employees.

The company uses an ERP system to oversee the working of the organization at its optimum efficiency. We have a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme which co-ordinates with ERP in keeping customer informed about the status of his order online in conjunction with ERP system. “E-Tendering” helps the company in maintaining an optimum productivity of the purchase department.

High speed digital copier, dedicated server with external Two terabyte capacity, CCTV, Card entry system with digital time attendance, high speed radio communication between manufacturing locations WI-FI etc. are some of the technologies Positronics has installed with excellent results.
